Transfer of Ownership
If you bought or sold a firearm, the registration must be transferred under the new owner’s name. We handle the transfer of ownership process with the PNP–FEO to ensure the firearm is correctly and legally registered. This guarantees proper documentation and compliance with firearms regulations

Permit to Carry - Outside Residence
Having a licensed firearm does not automatically allow you to carry it outside your residence. A separate Permit to Carry Outside Residence (PTCFOR) is required to legally bring your firearm in public. We assist in securing this permit under the PNP–FEO, making sure the process is followed properly so you can carry legally and with peace of mind.

Difference of LTOPF, LICENSE REGISTRATION and PTCFOR
LTOPF
LTOPF (License to Own and Possess Firearms)
The LTOPF is the primary license issued by the PNP–FEO that authorizes an individual to own and possess firearms. It is a prerequisite for all other firearm-related licenses. Without a valid LTOPF, you cannot register a firearm under your name.
FIREARMS LICENSE REGISTRATION
Once you have an LTOPF, each firearm you own must be individually registered. This registration, issued by the PNP–FEO, is valid for either 5 years or 10 years. Renewal is required to maintain compliance and keep your firearms legally recognized.
PTCFOR
The PTCFOR (Permit to Carry Outside Residence) is a separate permit that allows a licensed firearm to be carried outside the owner’s residence. Having an LTOPF and a registered firearm does not automatically grant this right. A PTCFOR is issued by the PNP–FEO and is required for lawful carry in public.
